MMAWeekly's Jeff Cain had an opportunity to speak with Tito Ortiz earlier in the week and Tito was walking around at 218lbs. Tito needs to cut 13 pounds before today's weigh-in.

Weigh-Ins will begin at 4:00PM Pacific time

SON OF A *****

”Cabbage” Correira will fight Andrei Arlovski in a three-round, non-title fight and Wes Sims will take Correira’s place against Mike Kyle in heavyweight card changes announced today by Zuffa, LLC for Ultimate Fighting Championship 47: It’s On! , which will air LIVE on pay-per-view at 10 p.m. EST, Friday, April 2.

The card changes became necessary when a urinalysis test for former UFC Heavyweight Champion Tim Sylvia today revealed he still has miniscule traces of a performance enhancing substance in his system. Under the terms of his prior suspension by the Nevada State Athletic Commission, Sylvia cannot obtain a license in Nevada until all traces of the substance are gone from his system. The trace amounts found in his system go back to his first and only use of the agents taken over nine months ago. Because the NSAC had ordered Sylvia to provide satisfactory results before fighting again, he had requested that he be given until the last possible opportunity to obtain accurate test results.

Tito cut to 202lbs? Usually he's 205 on the button, I wonder if something's wrong?

Tito Ortiz was uncharacteristically light weighing in at 202 pounds and looked absolutely shredded. Liddell looked as good as he has ever looked and when the staredown was over gave Ortiz the double middle fingers for good measure. It is clear that both fighters are in the best shape that they have ever been and tomorrow's fight should be a barnburner.

On a humorous note Edwards came in with a lollipop in his mouth confident that he made weight comfortabley. This is not the first time that he has done something like this, at UFC 43 he weighed in with a donut in his hand.

The only other humor that was derived from the weigh ins took place when a fan blurted out to Joe Rogan something to the effect of "you suck at your job!!" Rogan who is always quick with the wit retorted with "I agree but I bet it's a better job then you have, **** FACE!!!" and every one within earshot erupted in laughter. Everything else went off without a hitch and we are set for UFC 47.

Without knowing these two fighters, I would pic Arlovski for an easy win

I wanna see Yves vs. Hermes more than any other fight next to Tito vs. Chuck. I hate the weigh Zuffa treats the lightweights.

Love that pic of Chuck giving Tito the double birds. He's got that "I know something that you guys don't know" look on his face. I think he feels he's going to **** Tito up something fierce tonight. We'll have to wait and see.

I can't believe Yves-Hermes is the ****ing swing bout. If this fight doesn't get on the PPV it will be the last UFC I ever order.

Edwards Franca WILL be shown. They always show the swing bout. The swing bout just means its not shown live.

We will see 5 bouts live, and 1 MAYBE 2 bouts taped. Seems more than fair to me

there are only 8-3 round fights and half are going to end in KO's so they should hopefully show some prelims
