in my city of Edmonton it's mostly made up of native Indians.many native gangs at the street level .they run the prisons inside.are there white gangs where you live? The 2 big gangs are the triads & hells angels.Asians & whites. The ones at the street level usually take the falls & do time.there are alot of different races in prison thou.what colors make up most of the street level gangs?

The Mandatory Minimum statute was "supposed" to end racial bias in courts. This statute takes away the judge's discretion, so no matter what, the offender is required to serve a fixed set of time. Its "supposed" to be the difference between a white offender getting 3 years probation and a black offender getting three years in state prison for commiting the same crime.

False convictions, drugs, and denied DNA evidence for crimes commited before the use of DNA. If you look at the series DNA Dallas they tested 40 convictions and 18 of the 40 came back wrong. That's almost half and shows how many people are probably wrongly convicted.

If black people want the discrimation to end, they need more people entering the legal profession to change the colour of the court rooms! They need more black cops too, but then they might cause crime themselves.
