I was working on my car putting a bushing on using a 1/2" drive breaker bar. I had to stand on my toes to reach it. I was pushing on it and slipped on the wet, oil covered pavement and got all twisted. Anyway a few minutes later my back started hurting. Sharp pains that took my breath away. It's still like that when I lay down in certain positions and when I turn or walk. What should I do short of paying to go to the Doctor? I already took a hot bath and soaked it for a while.

i get muscle tightness there that hurts to the extent of losing my breath.


stretch your HAMSTRINGS they directly relate to your lower back.

so stretch your hamstrings and your back

don't put anything like icy hot on it.

edit - well, its okay as long as its anti-inflammatory. it's not a substitute for ice though.

ice is your best bet for the first day or 2, then heat.

thanks. It's in the middle. I think it's just a muscle pull. Anti inflammatories (ibuprofin) seem to help.

I got it packaged and addressed and sitting on the table. The post office is <---- that way and I always go ---> that way.
I just put a post it note on the steering wheel so I'll remember to stop Monday and mail it.

I dont know what I did to my left knee, it hurts more than the other one, I think I did it at work, I hurt my right knee sparring with my friend, it dont hurt that bad. But my left knee kills me, especially when I get up from sitting down for a while. Oh, and dont put Icy Hot on your back, ever. I did once before work, at work I started sweating, the sweat mixed with the icy hot and ran down the crack of my ass. Not fun......

i tore the meniscus in my right knee

I once hurt my back while on the toilet.

i once broke the toilet seat while taking a dump and clipping my toe nails simultaneously. i was thrown in the floor as a result.

Never tried that. However puking and ****ting at the same time is the worst, especially since you are sitting on the toilet and can't puke in it. Therefore it goes on the floor infront of you and you have to stare at it while you finish the ****.

i had my foot propped up on the toilet seat and it was creating a lot of extra pressure that i was unaware of. after awhile it had enough, snapped to the right and threw me off.

puking is one of the most violent and harsh things i've ever been through.

Hockey aim for the bath tub. Take it from me I know a thing or two about puking while drinking.

my friend was taking a dump and had to puke so he turned around and started puking in the toilet, but then blasted diarreah all over the wall, floor, and his underwear and pants
