Run, workout, whatever...Six pounds is easy regardless of your size. Just get within a couple of pounds within 24 hours of the weigh in, and don't eat or drink prior to weighing in. If you're not quite there, don't worry, two pounds can be lost in a matter of minutes, as long as you've got enough energy to sweat a little

Consistant cardiovascular exercises running will do the trick also when running like whenever you see an incline spring up it or run for a few minutes and sprint for 30 seconds to give you that boost.

HIIT Cardio is a good and quick way as well.....

Keep it low on the carbs (but not to low as it is your source for energy)

Such as cut out all needed sugars and stay away from bread *especially enriched* go with wheat, but it would be best to cut it out while you are wanting to drop.

Choose to eat lean meats/veggies/fruits

Drink nothing but water.

The roadwork and cardiovascular exercises is good advice, but you should try to factor in other stuff like how much time you have to lose the weight, what your build is, and things like that. If possible, talk to a trainier or a coach because they can make a weight loss plan that's more specific to you. If you lose weight the wrong way, it can be unhealthy and will usually leave you without much energy for fight night.
