View Full Version : Im being a man and posting my pic up, i want to lose weight and need advice

Im tired and the pilate classes dont seem to burn any fat, its like I have a 6 pack after the workout but the day after im back to old self.
I try and go on a diet and most of the time it works out, usually on the diet I have poptarts and strawberry cream dognuts for lunch and dinner but when I crave sugary foods I just kinda give up.
I do pilates twice a month for exercise because my doctor says it enough

I know i may not look like a model but im being honest and seek your advice, i dont want a 6 pack because they are for ******* but i like your help.
I dont want advice from skinny teenagers either

That's a nice power glove you have there.

Maybe you should move on from the NES era and get a Wii? It might help with the weight loss.

-start eating only breakfast, lunch, and dinner...and not too much at those sitting
-no snacks
-start running and lifting weights and any form of exercise


this should help as it helped me when i was overweight....best of luck! Just rememeber,,,you can do it!

yeh,, the pic was only taken last year
I was pretty fit then because i was on steriods like protein powder and creatine.
Its bad now though because i struggle to breathe properly when typing

One way to lose weight is to speed up your metabolim. This can be done through eating more time throughout the day, but with smaller meals/snacks than you would usually have.

So only eating 3 times a day is not a good idea. Regular snacking during the day is fine, as long as what you're eating is healthy and not junk.

Nah dude, the powerglove belonged to my dad and I thought I'd make a good villain if I wore it.
This pic was taken a few years ago at a fancy dress party. Good night if I remember right as I ended going home with 3 chicks.

My advice is kill yourself and you will decompose, thus, losing weight. You wont have to exercise or diet! AMAZING!!
