I consider myself a martial artist
Sure I can fight, but I do not consider myself a fighter
a fighter is just someone who can kick, punch, and submit
But I train for way more than that. I train for the mental aspect of that.
A martial artist is a whole - physical, mental, and spiritual
A fighter is just physical.
True martial artist have amazing mental strength alon with the physical.
Martial Arts is a way of life and without I would be nothing.

Surprised me too. I don't feel much different, but I stepped on a scale the other day and there it was. I do tend to gain and lose weight quickly though. I've weighed as little as 145, but this is a new record for me.
