Do not delete my thread moderators***

I tried to make a thread in non-stop boxing but all I got was abuse.

Anyway, here are my videos and here are my pics, let me know if the pics are correct stance and tell me what I am doing wrong in the videos.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d23f9vxWoiM

okay so,

Chin= down
fists= sideways covering face
footwork= left foot forward turned to the right at 45* angle
footwork = right foot completely turned out 90* degree angle
body: sideways

Never drop your fists, especially below the waist, always keep fist up to block.

What about knees? Do I need to lean into punches? What do I do with my shoulders? I remember someone saying I drop one of my shoulders.

I only know what I Know from youtube and rocky movies.

Oh yeah and don't push your punches. Snap your punches.

Watch boxing fights and study their movements. I like to watch Floyd Mayweather's footwork, Winky Wright's stance and Shane Mosely.

Yes, exactly, the Ali shuffle you did at 1.18. :banana:

Donīt let anyone tell you it looked like the crazy chicken dance.

I was only joking with you , no need to get all protective and serious . Take it on the chin , all begginers look stupid if they try and learn on their own so learn to take it as a laugh and joke .
