Former UFC champion Dave Menne has teamed up with his manager Monte Cox to co-promote Extreme Challenge 56, which is scheduled for this Friday at the Medina Entertainment Center in Medina, Minn. Not only will Menne help with the promotion, but he'll also fight in the main event.
