These stuffed frogs are intimidating at first because of its shape and looks but it surely tastes like chicken. The fried frog is stuffed with frog meat and pork, so it feels just like eating embotido.

Sarap nyan, my mother used to do that. She would catch the frogs herself, I would help in cleaning and chopping the small ones to be used as stuffings....hmmmmmm memories........
