jakkups 03-02-2009, 08:41 PM Fighting Shamrock proves jack **** for anyone. He's done and has been done ever since he came back from his WWF run.

This going to ****ing suck for Lashley.
Dorian 03-02-2009, 11:05 PM a win over Shamrock doesn't prove anything.
number6 03-03-2009, 06:30 PM Shamrock is done for, my money is on Lashely
Lashley will pulverise Shamrock, the he will get a UFC contract straight after.

Thats a possibility, i think it would be a mistake to rush in. He should gain experience at smaller shows against various opposition while he learns the game. The UfC would push him forward too quickly

It ain't happening.
Sandwich 03-03-2009, 10:32 PM If he beats Shamrock, no one will care. Shamrock hasn't had a career for years now.
If Ken wins I think it will be via sub, but Lashley is a much much bigger man, and he has a very good collegiate wrestling background so subbing him will prove difficult.
I think this will end badly for Shamrock.

Brock Lesnar.
They will feed Lashley opponents with little to no take down defense and give him a title shot. There will be a match with Brock further along the road too if he does get into the UFC.

Thats what I was thinking.

Okay
Who will?
Cause there's no way in hell Lashley going to make it right now.

I was referring to the gentleman who brought up the possibility of him getting into the UFC. What I implied would be a very smart marketing move for the UFC.
Kakutogi-Gumi 03-06-2009, 09:36 PM How is it a smart marketing move?

Bobby Lashley vs Brock Lesnar? Two gigantic meat heads swinging on each other?
Sounds like a prime example of a freak show fight and unfortunately those are usually the ones that sell.

In Japan.
Not anywhere else though.

Over time when these two fully develop I would love to see them scrap it out. Brock and Bobby arent Kimbo knock off, they are genuine athletes trying to make it in this sport and are ushering in the new wave of the bigger heavyweights.

Lesnar is a freak show.
Stab Judah 03-08-2009, 03:30 AM lashley is huge.
Not really not anymore, he's down to about 220-230.

He was originally 185.

Yeah it's a little strange that he can gain and drop so much muscle
in such short spans.
He must eat everything in sight to keep the weight since his metabolism is so high.

HGH and Decca kept him at 285 in Sports Entertainment. Now, since he's gotta keep clean, he'll always be at 220-230.
Yeah, it's wrong what he did, but everyone forgets that MacMahon doesn't give a **** about wrestling technique and if you have nothing more then that, you really don't have much job security.
