i just bought a suit and when i was tryin it on and the guy was fitting my pants
he was like "they are too big"
to which i said "they are fine i feel comfortable."
and this girl said "I cannot see his ass. make the waste smaller so i can see his ass."
so he sinched up the back taking about an inch from the waste
she said "Very nice! sew them like that!"

I'm going to watch Denis miller. I need to lose 40 pounds. I've go from 250 in the summer t0 270 now. I think it may be in part due to the fact that I'm lifting weights again but I need to get cut.

i just noticed the difference in my size today as i was seeing if my old suit could be salvaged or if i needed ot buy a new one.
Unfortunately my old suit (i only wore it once) was just to big to be let in to my current size.
but as the lady pinned off the fabric i noticed i am actually quite slim.
i was like WOW
considering i still have some fat on me.
and then with this chick wantin to peep my ass i was like double WOW!
now all i need is some game and some $$ and i will be set.
that and lose 20 more lbs

i'm walkin around at 205.
it kinda sucks cause the weight i gotta be for my april fight is 205.
now i gotta put my weight loss on hault for a month.
I wish the weight was like 200.

I need to star using that fitday site. Get my **** together.......**** it I got my **** together now. Working out isn't a problem I just need to control my diet. I'm getting my **** together now.

im 155 an i was 220...not hard to lose it ...diet is key...but u should diet and do cardio and lift all 3 really help..start running HARD..drink lots of water..eat good..if u get going its easy..oh and dont buy fatning ****..ive noticed if i see a bag of chips in the house ill eat it..so dont buy one LOL

thats very true.
if its in the house i eat it.
if i don't buy it i dn't eat it. problem solved.
tho i would say once a week or once every other week a cheat day is OK
