Well here we are again with another great fight tomorrow night.

Mosley with 39-2, 35 knockouts; Wright is 46-3, with 25 knockouts.

Mosley is going for the undisputed junior middleweight championship. I think he is a very smart fighter, knows what he's good at, and can use his tools very well against his opponents.

Wright is a southpaw and a very good fighter. I do believe he isn't going to let Mosley just take the fight from him, but really make him work for it.

I favor Mosley for this fight. He's always been a favorite. I believe that this fight could go either way. They are both great fighters, with a lot of experience. I hope that they can just go out there and put on the show and whoever is the better man wins without anyone getting in the way. I think this will be a fight to remember.

What are your thoughts on this fight?

Well that would be a good match up as well. I really don't think Oscar lost to Shane that last time, but that's not what the judges thought.

I don't see a KO for this fight. I think Mosley will win by the judges call.

SPOILERS:

On the undercard, Joe Mesi wins a Unanimous Decision over Vasily Jirov. Mesi won 7 of the first 8 rounds, battering Jirov more and more as the fight when on. Then, Vasily came back to knock Mesi down in the 9th, and twice more in the 10th, looking close to finishing Mesi as time expired. However, in spite of the 10-8 8th and 10-7 9th rounds, Mesi was still far enough ahead to win by a single point on all judges' cards. IMO, Mesi got exposed, and jirov prooved to be slightly better at HW then expected, though he's nowhere near a top level one.

Mesi is the Frank Mir of HW boxing. Awesome skills, very marketable, but no heart and no gas

Awesome skills? He has two things going for him:

Decent punching power (although even now that's not what it was thought to be) and his skin color.

Funny, the only thing I thought the guy has is heart. He was wwaaaaaaay ahead in the score cards and yet he decided to go out there and keep on fighting like if he was losing.
Skills? Mesi's hooks throw him off balance almost every single time. i don't what fight you were watching.

Mesi is a decent heavyweight, but I wouldn't really consider him to be a top 10 guy. You kind of have to wonder why HBO would throw a lot of its weight behind somebody like that.
Anyway, Mesi was in there with Jirov, a blown-up cruiserweight. Mesi had the size advantage against a slow and very methodical opponent–almost robotic. Any of the top five heavyweights in the world would've gotten Jirov out of there. But Mesi couldn't close the show, and he nearly got knocked out in the process.
Awesome skills? No way. Mesi doesn't do anything outstanding at all. He puts his punches together well and can move ok. But I just don't see him beating any of the elite heavyweights.
On the Mosley-Wright fight: Wright just boxed like he normally does. I didn't see anything different than in his last fights. Mosley, on the other hand, was just in over his head. The power edge he had as a lightweight and welterweight just isn't there anymore as a jr. middle. Mosley ran into a guy who's bigger and stronger and can box. That's all.
But you really can't blame Mosley for moving up. At 154, that's where the money is.
