Kobe Bryant 02-27-2009, 09:46 PM I could see some other names replaced. I'd love to put Kweli on there. Jeezy has put out 3 solid albums. You can make a case for Little Brother. Maybe Royce Independents Day and Death is Certain are both really good albums.

I would put AZ in there if it was a strictly favs list. I think Nas has dropped 2 great albums in the decade. Untitled and Stillmatic. God's Son was very good as well.
Tuggers1986 02-28-2009, 05:42 AM Every list needs Nas. Jay Z, Common, Eminem and Kanye on

Versastyle 02-28-2009, 10:50 PM I like most of the ppl's list. It's more realistic.
MegStarr* 03-01-2009, 03:01 AM does this mean that they would have had to have debuted during this decade, or just have dropped material during this decade?
Aztec Wanker 03-01-2009, 03:44 AM does this mean that they would have had to have debuted during this decade, or just have dropped material during this decade?
I assume it's artists that debuted around this decade. KRS-One released a couple of albums this decade, but I consider him an 80's/early 90's rapper.
Kobe Bryant 03-01-2009, 03:59 AM does this mean that they would have had to have debuted during this decade, or just have dropped material during this decade?
No. It's just whoever has put in work within these years after the 90's.
MetalVomit 03-02-2009, 08:25 AM I wouldnt imagine it would have to be only rappers that came out around this time, but who put out the best material this decade. Scarface, for instance, dropped The Fix and The Last of a Dying Breed in this decade. 2 of the top 10 albums of this decade, imo.
