People gather around when they see other people gathering around, and they also feel that it's safe and believe somebody knows what they are doing. Same as when people scatter everyone scatters. Same as when somebody is hurt and injured on the ground. Everybody gathers around the person but does not help out because they believe somebody already called for help, when in fact they didn't. Or if somebody appears hurt in front of a big crowd and everybody ignores him/her, they assume the person is a drunk or something. :D Sn1 04-12-2005, 09:56 PM It's a psychological thing.
