I know it's bad for fat burning but what about training performance ? Remember Hatton was supposed to have a full English on fight days ? Does anybody know if it effects stamina , energy levels or overall performance much ?

I eat junk food sometimes but it does not really affect my training, unless I stuff myself too much with it and then just feel too heavy.

I dont think once in awhile will affect you much, but you gotta think of the long terms. It can't be healthy

I think if your gonna cut the junk food out, cut it out, don't cut it down. Overtime it's bound to have an affect on your performance.

It makes you feel lathergic and you don't have as much energy as if you had a chicken ceaser salad instead for example... think about how bad the meat from junk food is.

u can eat from time to time... just dont exagerate.... eating every day for ex.
