Chris Rock-Hilarious and had his moments
****tiest stand up ever award goes to: Jerry Seinfeld, Seen him about a year and a half ago and was the most boring and dull thing I have ever witnessed.
Bombardier 11-12-2004, 10:55 AM Jamie Foxx is an awesome actor and a real smart guy (he's a classical pianist, for crying out loud). Even in the sup-par flick Any Given Sunday he was great.
Here's hoping he wins the Oscar this year.

jack_the_rippuh 11-12-2004, 07:19 PM Damon Wayans......I forget which one, but one of his stand-ups had me laughing so hard I couldn't breath...it was good ab-work..
bigddubb 11-12-2004, 07:23 PM Pryor most definitely. My pops used to play his old records back in the early 80's when I was a kid.
Dave Chappelle is the most creative stand up I've seen in a while. Been checking him out since the first time I saw him on Def Comedy Jam in the early 90's.
mic573 11-12-2004, 08:04 PM Richard Pryor is definitely the best I have ever seen after that it would have to be Paul Rodriguez.
SonnyG8R 11-12-2004, 10:11 PM wish andrew dice clay was still around.
The dice man still performs regularly in Vegas.
SonnyG8R 11-12-2004, 10:12 PM I think Chappelle is overrated.
SonnyG8R 11-12-2004, 10:14 PM I saw Seinfeld before he made it big with the sit com. The guy was hilarious.

SonnyG8R 11-12-2004, 10:31 PM Woody Allen did stand-up?
He did stand up all the time in the 60's, but he's also did some regular shows during the 80's as well.
Dr.Depravity 11-12-2004, 10:34 PM I watched Kevin Pollack stand up routine on HBO a few years back, that guy was ****ing hilarious.

Dyl-G 11-26-2004, 04:24 PM jim bruer, dane cook and chris rock. funniest in my opinion. did any of you watch the chris rock show? it used to be on HBO. funny as hell.
xoalvinox 11-26-2004, 04:29 PM Ray Ramano, hands down.
neils7147933 12-02-2004, 06:49 PM I would be unfairly witholding a tremendous treasure if I didn't devote a post to singing the praises of the stand-up concert film I just saw, Doug Stanhope: Word of Mouth.
You can get it at Sacred Cow's website or off Doug's website. Or get a bootleg or download it off Kazaa or something. It's the steadiest flow of top-notch monologue I've ever seen. It's also the closest thing to verbal ****ography I've seen, making Margaret Cho's Notorious C.H.O. and most of Martin Lawrence's stuff look PG-13.
