"Good" footwork is like "good" punching power, it comes from your genes. If you have to ask chances are you don't have it. Just accept your limitations and try to work around them.

Don't bing you feet together is the best tip I can give you.

some basic foot work. theres more out there but this is probably first thing you may want to learn after stance.
