Hi Guys,

Give me your opinions on this Tui Levene guy who put up an "awesome" showing against "deadly" Rob Medley on the last Fenech fight night.
I thought the dude was awesome and reckon someone should snap him up and make him a fulltime fighter...he will be a world champ IMO.
Does anybody know anything about him??...where did he pop up from???

Cheers,
Kesslerfan

I saw most of the fight.

I dunno, I was impressed with his tenacity and willingness but I'm not sure his skills are fantastic.

yes but what potential after 8 fights you must admit...he was making rob look ordinary at times.

I gotta be honest I was really unimpressed with Rob. He looked out of shape to me and was only fighting in spurts. When he did throw he was landing well but I thought he looked down on his conditioning a little.

I agree. He spent too much time going backwards towards the latter stages of the fight too. Still, perhaps he knew he had done enough early and realised his opponent could take a good shot. I would hate to think he perhaps underestimated Levini and didn't prepare as well as he should have. I would have thought Leveni might be the one struggling at the end of the fight seeing he hasn't been past 6 rounds before.

I only saw bits of it, but it looked like Leveni wasnt doing too bad.

Yeh i think Tui has alot of potential aye he is a more than average fighter thats for sure and he has had only 8 fights but i think he shouldnt of fought medley because he is still new to the game and medley has been around for years and is very experienced. . . . . . .
