HOOKnSHOOT'S long-awaited return to their home of Evansville, Indiana is stirring up attention.
The first sanctioned MMA company to produce an all-women's event is back with two women's bouts. All four athletes are newcomers to HnS and ALL are confident in victory.
This will be promoter Jeff Osborne's fourth SHOOTO sanctioned event in the last six months but he says this one is special.
"We're back on home turf (Evansville) after six months off! Every so often a match comes along that you know will be good. Good enough to make the world pay attention to little Indiana" says Osborne.
"Win or lose, when Aaron Riley fights you know he brings out the absolute best in his opponents and Nuri Shakir is no different" continues Osborne.
"I have the feeling, as I did when Riley fought Berger and Edwards, that this is going to be an all out war and Shakir is pumped too!"
HOOKnSHOOT TV debuted on the UPN Network this past weekend in a prime timeslot of Sunday at 11:30am. The 30-minute TV program was #2 out of a possible 6 in the ratings and had an incredible ticket advance off just one show.
