we all have our favorite combo, i hope? lol so lets see what you guys got
Mine is a counter for a straight right
slip outside, upjab(everything behind it), double jab (body->head) straight right (body) left and right hook to the body and jab out.
i like it because i have a killer upjab (not to brag) but i can sneak it through usually and it really opens a guy up then the 2 jabs are usually a pretty good way to get the guys gaurd goin all over the place and it sets you up nicely for anything basically

those upjabs are a great, you can put a lot of leverage into them and work very well from conventional to conventional fighters in between the guard.

Good old Jab->Straight left->Right hook, either to the head or the body.
Jab->Right hook of the jab(Stepping to my right)->Straight left.
Double right hook, body->head.
On the inside, lead uppercut->right hook.
I don't try to do anything too flashy, i just use what works for me and it has treated me well so far.

Southpaw- Lead straight (not a jab, look it up) -> The Smash (razor ruddock's).

up close i like the lead uppercut rear hook or rear uppercut lead hook combo
the old one two is good also
jab upstairs straight right to the body is one i use alot, also the reverse of that
jab cross rip downstairs, jab cross hook jab cross jab
i throw mainly straight shots, especially from long range, i like to keep it relatively clean and simple, but on the inside/closer range i throw lots of hooks, rips and uppercuts

Straight right -> jab -> right hook to head or body
Jab -> right hook to body -> right uppercut to head.
Jab -> right uppercut to head -> right hook to head.
Left uppercut -> straight right -> left hook to the body.
Jab -> straight right -> left uppercut to head -> left hook to body
I would think that takes some speed to go R upper cut followed by a R hook all upstairs.

jab jab(to close the distance) - right feint(bring up the guard) - they should be stepping back still and that right feint hides a lunging left 45 to the body - left hook to the head
from the clinch or in the pocket push off and throw fast 2 - 1 -2 to bring up the guard then throw that left 45 to the body left hook to the head jab out
1 1 2 shuffle step to the right left hook/45 to the body through the elbows - chopping right/right hook to the side of the head.
