If you had to pick one fighter, only one fighter ever to get off the canvas and comeback to knock out a given opponent, who would it be? If you had to bet your life savings on a guy who was in serious trouble, behind on the scorecards, and had been KD'ed to storm back and KO his opponent who would it be?

When you look at how many knockouts he has had in his career, and how many times he has been knocked down before coming back to deliver a knockout, it would have to be Trinidad.

I agree. Saad was the king of the comeback. I'm surprised no one had said Gatti. I wouldn't put my money on him but he's definitely done this on more than one occasion.

George Foreman. Watch the Ron Lyle fight and you'll see what I mean. Plus did anyone ever have more of a punchers chance than Big George?

Trinidad. How can u say DLH? he had only been knocked down 2wice b4 Hopkins and the one against Whitaker was more of a slip.

Could have been JMM against Pac. If only JMM had the punch of Iron Mike. :D:D:D

nope, your wrong. before hopkins he had been knocked down 4 times, the whitaker one was more of a slip. but he got up and immediatly knocked out valenzula after going down and he also ko'd campanella after getting off the canvas. quartey knocked him down in the 6th and actualy hurt him to(yes i know quartey went down as well), and look what dlh did in the last round to try to win that fight. i believe the valenzula fight is in the video section.......see it for yourself

Trinidad is number one on my list. Also I've heard that Hurtado has had a reputation of getting off the canvas to KO his opponents. Havent really seen him fight though.

thankx 4 dat Yoko, i didnt know bout the other 2, as soon as i get 100 posts il check out the valenzula KO. I would also say Gatti, he seems to be more dangerous after he has been knocked down.

What about Rocky Marciano? He went down against Jersey Joe and Archie Moore. He came back and knocked both out in devastating fashion.

Even though there was little chance i would have to go wit tito when he fought hopkins. everyone knew that he was getting destroyed, but in the back of everyones mind they knew that he had the power to win by ko

Gatti has amazing recovery time. He is one guy that has a reputation of being more dangerous when he is hurt. He gets knocked down quite a bit....boarderline chinny....but he gets up swinging and within 30 secs he looks as if he never went down.
