View Full Version : office Christmas parties
Bombardier 11-11-2004, 02:16 PM These things are typically a disaster...mostly just the people from work you hate getting drunk and hitting on each other.
If there's a band it sucks, if there's food it's lousy, and if there are "presents" then they're forgettable.
Anyone getting dragged to one of these this year? Anyone have a hilarious story from a previous year?
BiggestBoxingFanEver 11-11-2004, 02:44 PM I do. There was the company christmas party, you know, free food and drinks. Well, since it was only to last for 2 hours some people got the idea to slam free beer until it was over. Well, one women in particular did this and could pretty much be written off by the time it was over BUT much like everyone else, she thought she'd continue the party across the street at the local bar. She drank some more and.....a little more and got to the point were she was hitting on everyone, married or not, it didn't matter in here mind.
She was so drunk that she started hitting on this guy from a different department. Now unaware to ONLY HER that this guy was gay-er than a 3 dollar bill. She starts sitting on his lap and grapping his "piece" even flashy her boobs (keep in mind this is like a very professional crowd, guys in ties and all). At one point she kissed some married guy right on the lips.
Anyway, someone was kind enough to tell her that she was out of control and was going to regret her actions in the morning. Well, she got stumbled out and on the street and sees many people waving goodbuy through the picture window and her naughty drunkeness kicks in again. She starts doing a stripper pole routine with a parking meter that was very hut..hum revealing showing her flexibility. At one point falling right on her but just to get right back up and start dry humping the thing UNTIL...................... she gets on her knees and starts about a foot from the top of the meter with a long tongue lick when HER F-ing tongue froze to the side of the meter.
After about two minutes of tears and gut wrenching laughter someone took their pint out and poured in over her tongue to free it!
BiggestBoxingFanEver 11-11-2004, 02:47 PM FYI - she was absent from work the next day and until I left the comany two years later, she never attented another work event like that.
dodge 11-11-2004, 02:57 PM Good stories. I just get trashed and make a fool out of myself.
Bombardier 11-11-2004, 02:57 PM LOL, man, you've made my day with that story. Hilarious!
Those after-party trips to the bar are what gets so many people. Back when I was in retail one of the floor staff girls, who was incredibly loaded, declared her undying love for one of the managers. He tried to let her down easy but when it was obvious that he was not interested she fell apart. Well, the poor bastard was drunk as hell but by the time he calmed her down they were the only two people left in the bar, and he had no choice but to drive her home (even a cab wouldn't do: he had to get this girl right into her house because there was no telling what she would do). Risky and dangerous as hell, by the guy was stuck.

yeah me too then you dread going back to work coz you cant remember wtf happened.
but somehow it's always alright coz everyone else was wasted just the same. :o
then the planning starts for next year!!
Explosivo 11-11-2004, 04:49 PM I always try to cool it at those work parties. I klnow I get crazy when I drink and I dont want the people I work with to see that side of me.
Up until now I have avoided my companies Christmas parties, but this year I think I'm going to go because of the location. This year we are having it on the USS Miday aircraft carrier so it sounds like there will be other things to do besides talk to a bunch of people you have nothing in common with.

This year will be my first. The GOOD thing about it is that it's OPEN bar. You all know what that means...The downside they are all family people and mostly older than me. I am 20 so you can imagine the age differences. Still I heard the foof will be good, classy place, but I have to come back with that open bar ****. That's why I'm really going lol.
the only interrest in most works and so in work party is GIRLS.
