Does anyone here do Irish Stick Fighting? I have been researching allot about it online but cannot seem to find good information on it. Thinking about taking some classes? Does anyone have any resources or links on Irish Stick Fighting?

Forget Irish Stick Fighting, do some Eskrima (Filipino Martial Arts). Their probably the best and most advanced when it comes to stick fighting.

I know how to use both kendo and arnis:boxing:

But i would suggest arnis/eskrima because of the fluidity of movements compared to kendo.

plus a lot of arnis instructors also teaches knife fighting.

Sorry Bata isn't practised at all in Ireland but I think people are starting to realise it but it may grow and the GAA [I think but not very sure about] were supposed to be in charge of setting up clubs or whatever and I don't much has been done at all in relation to the sport wait a months because I think it will start to come about that it is an Irish Martial Art and more people may take interest.
