We're talking WBA,WBC,WBO and IBF.
AND NO INTERIM CHAMPIONS.

My opinion is-MARKUS BEYER!!!

MARKUS BEYER is a disgrace to world boxing. He has made what i am sure is a record of 4 voluntary defences in a row and one of them was a rematch for a loss to an unranked middleweight, and in December he will make his 5th voluntary defence in a row. He has only fought out of Germany 3 times, and that was in Austria and England. He calls himself "boom boom" but the only boom boom you hear from him is his head bouncing off the canvas.

What's your opinion my friends?

Lamon Brewster. The guy is horrible. I think I could take him. He really should have lost to Meehan. I am positive that Don King has pulled strings to put Brewster in a position to win such as Klitschko collapsing, Meehan CLEARLY outworking him. Why do you think Meehan is on the upcoming ppv? As a consilation for that "loss"

Lemon Brewster. He fights someone who isn't even in the top 150 for his first title defense which he lost in the eyes of the majority of boxing fans.

Agree... What do you think about John Ruiz?

Ruiz, flat out sucks, but he keeps winning somehow, Brewster is a joke, a " Paper Champion". I don't think VKLIT is anything really special, he is just the best of a ****ty field, did anyone catch the klit sanders fight, wtf is up w/ cory sanders coming in fat and out of shape, and he still managed to tag klit, it's a sad sad state in Hvy boxing

I'm not saying I'm not a fan of his, and I know I'll take a lot of flak for this, but Arturo Gatti is a prett weak 'world' champ at 140. He's lost, definitively at that, every top class test he's had to date.

I do agree that the HW's listed above are quite egregiously listed as 'champions' as well.

Agree... What do you think about John Ruiz?

He wins mostly against shot opponents or in Johnson's case by DQ, and he fights illegally, but apparently Jay Nady is the only one who cares about the rules when it comes to clinching too much and holding and hitting.

i agree Gatti is just a blood and guts warrior dude is hardly ever in a bad fight, but when he does step up he gets smacked down he wasn't very impressive in winning the WBC title from Branco

Exactly, you will never, ever ever see Nady referee a Ruiz fight for as long as King is his promoter, he hugs more than a ****in Teletubby

Markus Beyer wasent he defeated this summer by Christian Sannavia?

Beyer has long been my Worst Champ pick. He again fortified my low opinion just a few weeks ago when he fought some no-name Italian (actually it was Vanadia) to "reclaim" his title, that he lost to the same guy.

A good measure of a fighter's "champ" status is the media's coverage and response to his activity. Beyer's latest fight went completely unnoticed by all North American boxing media. The day after his last bout, I was hoping to get the result, and also hoped that Byer got KO'd. I had to search the web for about an hour, but found nothing about that fight. I then posted a Thread on boxingscene asking if anybody knew. I got one response with the results, and then nobody offered to continue the Thread! The reason why the thread died right there is obvious, nobody really cares.

Bring on Green again and people might start to care about Beyer. Particularly people involved in Health Care.

That's it, Sanavia, not Vanadia.

That's the sort of talent the Champ Beyer fights and loses to. Guys like Sanatvanadia, who's name has never appeared previously and never will appear agin in a serious boxing forum.

You guys are dead on about Brewster and Beyer they both are bad. I don't know if Fernando Montiel has regained some gay title lately after(I dont have my ring mag in front of me) TOO SHARP but he was a very bad champion.

I was at a fight when he held the WBO title and Jose Carita Lopez knocked him down five or six times and only the last knockdown was called.

Barerra was the headliner so the Hispanics were out in full force and Lopez was Puerto Rican, I felt bad for the guy because the crowd could care less that this kid was getting ****ed.

Me and my wife (then girlfriend) were just a few rows from ringside and after the fourth knockdown was called a low blow(this kid kept getting point takin away from him for knockdowns) I was beside my self and I start screaming at Marc Ratner telling him that "they aren't low they are legal, you have to do something." Ratner looked at me and shook his head agreeing. In between rounds he was on the ring apron and was talking to the ref. The next round Montiel *****ed out again and Ratner immediately stood up yelling "that is a godd knockdown, that is a good knockdown," Montiel was whinning like a little ***** because the ref started counting.

Off topic I know(I don't think Montiel is champ any more) but Fernando Montiel is a ***** champion, was a ***** champion, he showed what a ***** he was with Too Sharp but it was not the first time.

i am going to go ahead a agree with just about everyone else on this one and say lamon brewster. he does not even deserve to be called a champion. i cannot wait until he fights a decent fighter and get KO. what a joke.

John Ruiz has to be one of the worst. Most people i know cant even watch the guy fight. I usually just try to watch him but i end up falling asleep.

Yeah, Brewster's best weapon is a spy and a waterbottle.
LOL

well my choice is Don King. He is the heavy weight that has hurt boxing the most. He's the one that causes me to say at least twice a year "I hate boxing"

no doubt! i had meehan winning that fight too. he needs some quality fights to prove himself. i think he can beat the rock if he doesn't get caught.

Lamon Brewster by a landslide...Why does this guy think he can fight/ He is a disgrace to boxing, he doesn't look like he wants to be there during his fights, but eventually he is going to have to run into the winner of Klitscho and Williams and we will see him get stopped within 5 rounds...

Chris Byrd too, he calls himself the number 1 boxing fan, he must not watch any of his own fights, because if he did, he would know that he is one of the lamest HW Champions in history...
