i love breakfast.......biscuits and gravy, country ham, bacon, sausage, cinnamon rolls, muffins, eggs, omlets....

im getting ready to go make some egg McMuffins :cool: and mine are 10x's better than McD's

Well, my breakfast was the shiznit. I had a full cup of OJ with a plate of the soft and chewy chips ahoy that I put in the microwave. MMmmmMMmmm....warm cookies are the best!!

i dont think cookies are considered a breakfast food...i dont think i could eat chocolate in the morning. especially w/OJ, wth were u thinking? wasn't that nasty???

Warm cookies are the best!!! and OJ is good for your heart...

damn. that sounds kinda good. i woulda prolly replaced the OJ with milk tho. hearing you eating chips ahoy in the morning makes me jealous. i wish i did'nt have goals in mma sometimes. that way i could go back to being a fat ass that just smoked mad weed, ate mad food, and smoked mad cigarettes and played mucho PS2, esse. those were the days.

Not at all. They compliment each other well. I drink OJ every morning before work and have either those cookies, an eggo or a Nutri-Grain bar.

i rarely ever drink OJ...too sour for me. all i drink anymore is water and milk.

try mixing the oj with a drop of water...it takes away the acid taste...tastes much better I think

I'm not fat. I was 180 at 5'10", now I'm 195 since I stopped training a few months ago, but most of it is muscle from lifting more. I gotta a little chub on the stomach, but that's it. I look MAD SEXY so I'll eat all the cookies I f'n want.....that is all!

Exotica you should try OJ with Milk and honey. I call it: Orange Dreamer.

Make sure that you poor the oj and mix the honey first, then the milk. Stir and enjoy. Is a great breakfast drink.

To add flavor to egg whites just put some honey or if you are not into sweet flavor sea salt and pepper. Sea salt has a different flavor from table salt.

Breakfast is important not because it gives you the energy for the rest of the day, but because you had been fasting all night and need to break the fast. Hense the name "breakfast". Your body needs to get a warning that the day has started and will intaking calories adn nutrients that it had to prosses while asleep.

That is the reason bodybuilders eat in the wee hours of the am and go back to sleep and wake up ia few hours after. It keeps the body's food intake regular that way breakfast is not that important.

Eating breakfast actually increases your metabolism also, so it is essential even if you are trying to starve yourself to thinness that you eat something at the start of the day.

It is also a good idea if you are trying to cut weight to actually do some cardio or if your body can handle it, lifting before breakfast. Your body will crave the food and you will continue to burn longer than if you train at night.

You fool...your metabolism would be ****house, hence you stay heavy.

Be sure to eat 5-6 small meals a day, high protein, moderate carbs and low fat. As you are pretty active, the carbs will be burnt and the protein is essential to help muscle grow. Fat is important, as long as it is the right fat, omega 3 for instance that is in tuna.
