When I'm boxing or Muay Thai, I like Pitbull's Go Girl song. I think the speed of the beat in that song and the rhythm it really works well with my rhythm when I'm boxing or kickboxing.

I've found that r&b dance songs and maybe some House works better than rap. 'Cause boxing and Muay Thai is all about rhythm.

If I'm lifting weights, then I might put on some of that hard sh*t.

I got one question serious for ya but, on boxrec it says Paul Williams in 6 foot 1 and reach 82 inches!!! hell even Hitman hearns who had a huge reach was 6 foot 1 and 78 inch reach, has he really got these long ass arms???

I like listening to some old school 50 cent. James Brown (thats what i listened to when my uncle taught me when I was a kid. Outdated but still really good). Sometimes salsa or reggaeton. Whatever gets you motivated, really. I don't like rock in the gym unless I'm lifting weights.

Music is very important for me for jogging/running. I wont go near as far without my music. I mostly listen to rap/hip hop. Listening to a lot of chamillionaire right now. For rock I sometimes use breaking benjamin, godsmack, chevelle, metallica ect.

For weights its not that important but for running I need the right song to get me pumped and motivated.

We listen to hella gangsta ***** at my stable...Bay Area gangsta *****....keep it local.

Plus this one time i had my ipod on 'shuffle' and was nearing the end of my run... "gonna fly now - rocky theme" happened to hit, gotta tell ya, it made me sprint the last 1/4 and shadowbox on my front lawn to the amusement of my neihbours:lol1:
