They're a good source of protein but the yolk has fat in it. A lot of people just use the egg white. I don't think it's that big of a deal tho.

Whole egg contains about 6 grms protein, 5 gms fat, 1 gm carbs 75 calories
Egg white 4 grams protein 0 fat, 15 calories
Need alot more protein than fat in your diet, so best to use mainly egg whites in your scrambled eggs and only one whole egg. If you use oil then use it sparingly. Can add tomato, ham, vegetables, tuna etc as well. So yes it is good for you but cut the oil and limit egg yolk.

I eat scrambled egg all the time but don't bother taking the yolk out. Then again, I'm a skinny cunt so it doesn't really matter.
