They have all these people who dress different getting makeovers to look normal. WTF?

Well, yesterday I had to shave my beard (Herring's look) and change my dress way to go to a dinamic group interview. They've called me this morning and tomorrow I'll have the personal interview, I've passed the first prove.I hope they don't care about the look and way of dress...
