Foreman v. Lyle
Arguably the greatest heavyweight fight ever.
jabsRstiff 11-11-2004, 03:09 PM Foreman v. Shavers
Arguably the greatest heavyweight fight ever.
You mean LYLE ?
I have been exposed, yes I mean Lyle, oops!
jabsRstiff 11-11-2004, 03:18 PM I have been exposed, yes I mean Lyle, oops!
I know who you meant-lol.
Have you ever sen Shavers-Lyle ?
I've seen clips....& that was wild too, what I saw.
Shavers lands a monster hook, drops Lyle. Drops him hard.
But, Lyle storms back & sends Earnie face-down, & out, a few rounds later.
I have never seen shavers/Lyle, I will have to get that fight. For years my dad was telling me how great Lyle/Foreman was so about four years ago I bought it, if something took place today like that fight we would be talking about it for a long time.
Shavers v. Lyle...I will have to check it out.
marvdave 11-11-2004, 03:34 PM Shavers-Norton was pretty good as well.....for The Acorn that is
Hagler-Hearns its gotta be first

realtim 11-12-2004, 08:32 AM Does the fight have to be in the film age or down thru history the fights that wernt caught on film.
If it's fights that werent caught on film i would have to say Zale V Graziano 1 and 2. I have the third one on film anyway.
They were wars.
Modern era
Gatti Ward.
Barrera Morales.
Supafly25 11-12-2004, 08:38 AM Gatti vs Ward I followed closely by Barrera vs Morales I
