Zmlacksz 02-08-2009, 02:01 PM As gary sobers used to say in the 60's, "the english are a nation of cowards". The Monk 02-08-2009, 05:27 PM As gary sobers used to say in the 60's, "the english are a nation of cowards". In the words of Ian Botham, "Zmlacksz is a cunt". siablo14 03-01-2009, 01:50 PM West Indies dominating again Patty Tanager 03-02-2009, 09:54 AM Dominating?. Charles Darwin 03-02-2009, 03:26 PM As gary sobers used to say in the 60's, "the english are a nation of cowards". As everyone says, all the time; Zmlacksz is a cunt who has nothing decent to add to any thread. West Indies dominating again Do you actually have a decent ground over there? I think the scores would be slightly different on a decent wicket. Addition 03-02-2009, 06:50 PM Just when I thought England could beat Australia in the ashes, they ****ing get battered, typical. Charles Darwin 03-02-2009, 06:51 PM Just when I thought England could beat Australia in the ashes, they ****ing get battered, typical. It was a draw... Addition 03-02-2009, 07:09 PM It was a draw... Again? The last test match England should've won. jollystomper 03-03-2009, 07:28 AM dont worry lads! englands bowlers will be far more effective back home! that pitch was a joke!! i couldve got a century on it! lol they should play kahn & rashid in the last test! (depending on conditions) also "zmlacksz" is a *****!! anyone agree? The Clash 03-04-2009, 05:40 PM cricket isnt a sport ....its a tea party jollystomper 03-04-2009, 08:39 PM cricket isnt a sport ....its a tea party id like to see you facing freddy flintoff bowling at 90+ mph! anyway what would you know about sport? your scottish!! lol!:fing26: siablo14 03-05-2009, 08:57 PM As everyone says, all the time; Zmlacksz is a cunt who has nothing decent to add to any thread. Do you actually have a decent ground over there? I think the scores would be slightly different on a decent wicket. Trinidad suppose to have decent pitch so lets see what happens tomorrow. siablo14 03-05-2009, 08:57 PM Trinidad suppose to have decent pitch so lets see what happens tomorrow. Oh yeah and to all who dont know we are leading 1-0 so there is no way WI can lose the series. lanigav 03-05-2009, 09:03 PM This is pleasing news. jollystomper 03-07-2009, 08:11 PM i wish these grounds men would stop preparing these flat, slow batsmen freindly wickets!(although england collapsd in the 1st test) IMO its dameging test cricket! inevitable draws are boring! i cant believe the ecb chose cardiff over old trafford for the next ashes!!(no dissrespect to glamorgan!) Patty Tanager 03-08-2009, 09:37 AM It's a joke. I could probably score a 50 over there (i was a master at quick cricket back in the day). siablo14 03-08-2009, 06:15 PM It's a joke. I could probably score a 50 over there (i was a master at quick cricket back in the day). :lol1::lol1::lol1: we may never know. siablo14 03-08-2009, 06:22 PM This is pleasing news. yeah man all we have to do is draw this final test and we get the trophy. jollystomper 03-08-2009, 07:58 PM yeah man all we have to do is draw this final test and we get the trophy. im an england fan but its good to see the windies improving! all these draws are pretty dull though! sarwan has played brilliantly! but the bowlers dont have a chance on these pitches!! Infern0 03-08-2009, 08:39 PM England are so **** seriously, we should be cleaning up the windies, no offence to them, england suck! siablo14 03-09-2009, 09:26 PM good old reliable "Tiger" Chanderpaul and young Nash seems to have secured the trophy for us jollystomper 03-10-2009, 06:19 AM good old reliable "Tiger" Chanderpaul and young Nash seems to have secured the trophy for us yeah! chanderpaul is class!! but these pitches are too flat & slow apart from jamaica where england collapsed embarassingly! but aside from that and 1 wicket in the "third" test it could have been a different story!! but well done to the windies!!! Patty Tanager 03-10-2009, 11:48 AM I don't want to sound bitter, but imo West Indies don't deserve to win this series (if indeed they do). jollystomper 03-10-2009, 03:37 PM I don't want to sound bitter, but imo West Indies don't deserve to win this series (if indeed they do). i hate to disagree!(as a big england fan) but england ****ed up in the first test! fact! but the pitches are totally batsmen freindly! (how many declarations have there been?!, how many centuries scored?!) but the windies held on in the second("third") test and typically england declare too late!! so you cant blame them for playing for a draw! but dont worry mate! we`ll murder them in the summer!! 2-0 i predict! Patty Tanager 03-10-2009, 03:42 PM i hate to disagree!(as a big england fan) but england ****ed up in the first test! fact! but the pitches are totally batsmen freindly! How many times have they played for a draw in this series, 3 out of 4 tests?. England have been the only team showing any intention to win since Jamaica. jollystomper 03-10-2009, 03:52 PM How many times have they played for a draw in this series, 3 out of 4 tests?. England have been the only team showing any intention to win since Jamaica. true! but im watchinthis on a delay and chanderpauls jst gone!!! so you never know but a series win for them would be massive!! i agree with you on a level but we played for a draw in the last test against oz in 2005! but i jst think these pitches are ****e!!! england are a better team no doubt! but ill allow the windies some glory coz for such a small "nation" what they acheived in the 70`s & 80`s was inspirational!! it was like scotland winning the world cup 3 times!!!! (ie not possible!) jollystomper 03-10-2009, 04:00 PM and nash is gone!!!!! if england can pull this out the bag its a moral victory!!! Patty Tanager 03-10-2009, 04:03 PM true! but im watchinthis on a delay and chanderpauls jst gone!!! so you never know but a series win for them would be massive!! i agree with you on a level but we played for a draw in the last test against oz in 2005! but i jst think these pitches are ****e!!! england are a better team no doubt! but ill allow the windies some glory coz for such a small "nation" what they acheived in the 70`s & 80`s was inspirational!! it was like scotland winning the world cup 3 times!!!! (ie not possible!) Yeah i won't bedgrudge them the win and perhaps it has finally given the selectors a kick up the arse they needed. Owais Shah has deserved a proper go in the team for a long time and some of our bowlers have been made to look pretty ordinary away from home (as well as some at home). The England situation in 2005 is different. We didn't completely shut up shop and the pitch wasn't a carpet. The pitches are useless though and i'd put my life on us beating the Windies back in England. Patty Tanager 03-10-2009, 04:06 PM 90-6 :lol1:. jollystomper 03-10-2009, 04:13 PM come on monty!!!! jollystomper 03-10-2009, 04:20 PM 1 more wicket!!! then the tail!! come on england!!!!!! jollystomper 03-10-2009, 04:25 PM ive a horrible feeling this willl be another 1 wicket win for the windies!!! (hopefully not but strauss should have declared earlier! jollystomper 03-10-2009, 04:39 PM No way man! Gayle was out! Stone dead!!!! Patty Tanager 03-10-2009, 04:41 PM Don't think they will do it now England. Patty Tanager 03-10-2009, 04:51 PM Montyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy. jollystomper 03-10-2009, 04:52 PM oohhh monty monty ,monty!monty! panesar!!!! jollystomper 03-10-2009, 04:59 PM Come on england!!!!!!!!!! jollystomper 03-10-2009, 05:03 PM those windies fans r lookin nervous!!!! Patty Tanager 03-10-2009, 05:06 PM You would think they'd have more people in for this. Patty Tanager 03-10-2009, 05:16 PM 109-8 holy ****, i'm gonna have a heart attack. jollystomper 03-10-2009, 05:17 PM brilliant frm anderson! can it really happen???!!! jollystomper 03-10-2009, 05:44 PM congrats to the windies but if only strauss declared earlier??? but payback will be a ***** come the english summer!! it will be like lewis rahman 2! over the course of that series england were the better teAm IMO! but at least the last day was exciting!! thats what test cricket is all about!!! red army!, me as a proud englishman who moved to scotland age 4! u where my best mate 2nite (sounds a bit sad i know) but living in scotland, there aint much love for english cricket as u can imagine!!!! but ENGLAND FOREVER!!!!!!!!! take it easy son! Patty Tanager 03-10-2009, 06:00 PM Ah damn it!. It isn't the 1st time and it won't be the last time i get myself excited only to end up dissapointed. I know how you feel Jolly, hardly anyone seems to follow test cricket anymore and after 4 days of mediocre stuff, today is what test cricket is all about. jollystomper 03-10-2009, 06:07 PM Ah damn it!. It isn't the 1st time and it won't be the last time i get myself excited only to end up dissapointed. I know how you feel Jolly, hardly anyone seems to follow test cricket anymore and after 4 days of mediocre stuff, today is what test cricket is all about. hey how do you think i feel as an english glaswegian??!! dont worry mate! this summer will be quality! mark my words!! also ,sorry for the minority of scu(infact **** it! 200000 rangers fans anywhere in the world would cause a riot) sorry mancs!!! Patty Tanager 03-10-2009, 06:16 PM Haha, Manchester got took over that day. I was in Bolton that day and couldn't believe how many Rangers fans where there at the time. Someone off here also said there was many of them in Blackpool too. Big show of support though, pity it kicked off later :lol1:. jollystomper 03-10-2009, 06:36 PM Haha, Manchester got took over that day. I was in Bolton that day and couldn't believe how many Rangers fans where there at the time. Someone off here also said there was many of them in Blackpool too. Big show of support though, pity it kicked off later :lol1:. if we`d won it wouldve been the biggest party youd ever seen! but tbh i knew we`d lose!! it just shows how **** the uefa cup is that teams like rangers, celtic & middlesborough can make it to the final!! it used to be a respectable competition!!! rangers had a great team in the early 90`s but unfortunatly never again! imo siablo14 03-10-2009, 10:10 PM yeah West Indies is back to there old collapsing self I thought they were actually improving but it does not seem so anyways we have the Wisden trophy for now. siablo14 03-22-2009, 04:45 PM West Indies dominating England again Sarwan and Chanderpaul the two Guyanese made the home fans proud. siablo14 03-22-2009, 05:39 PM West Indies won by 21 runs fair and square no d/l method had to help them out, :lol1:. siablo14 03-27-2009, 08:55 PM Domination once again only this time it was lead by Gayle. Addition 03-27-2009, 08:57 PM We gave that game to the Indies. Gayle was amazing today, I really enjoyed him hitting sixes for fun. siablo14 03-29-2009, 12:31 AM how did you give it to us? Addition 03-30-2009, 03:15 AM how did you give it to us? By only scoring 117 runs. That is an embarrassing score, even Kenya could score more than that. siablo14 03-30-2009, 09:19 PM By only scoring 117 runs. That is an embarrassing score, even Kenya could score more than that. maybe our bowling was that great that day Patty Tanager 03-31-2009, 08:42 AM Siablo only turns up in here when the Windies win, i doubt we will see him in here when they get trounced in England :luvbed:. jollystomper 04-05-2009, 05:14 PM I see that against all the odds england came back to win the series!!!
