Got hurt while throwing a hook on the bag. This injury never seems to go away. I decided to take a month off to let it heal, but I move a lot while I sleep and I guess it's one of the reason it won't heal even if I stoped training.
So, is it dangerous for blood circulation to keep your bandage while sleeping?
i have the same problem i wear a knee support and sometimes fall asleep with it ocassionally i wake up and my leg is in pain so id take it off if i were u

Don't sleep with it on. I landed on my wrist playing basketball and I tried sleeping with it on and it didn't feel too good.

Take it off while you sleep.

sounds like its due to improper technique while throwing a hook, or maybe just a one time mistake that keeps getting aggravated
i think a month off would be best, and when you get back (hopefully sooner), you can work on that wrist being locked in place when you throw the hook
oh yeah, EDIT*** i dont think it would matter whether or not you leave it on or not, i wouldnt, especially since when you go into REM sleep your body locks in place and wont move.
