To tell you the truth my goal is to walk around at almost 180 and drop to 170. But

I can do 165 easily man.

thats a high weight for me. i normally walk at 170lbs. w/ no training and no diet. i get down to about 145lbs. but can make 155lbs easily. if i must.... i'll jump up to 165. the advantage is in your court. i suggest you take advantage.

I think 165 might effect your cardio.

I'm around 189...I'll fight anyone in the 90-110 lbs weight class.
