Gold Mac, i don't know why, but whenever i think, Gangstarr, i think, Ex Girl To The Next Girl. i wouldn't necessarily say that it is my favorite of theirs, because i don't think i can even decide what that would be, but it is definitely an extremely accurate embodiment.

When i first heard Moment of Truth it was the only album that i banged for a substantial period of time. start to finish, straight Gangstarr 24/7.

i feel like Nas did a very smart thing in making it so short
it is always in every discussion of the best hip hop album ever made but very few take into consideration how short it is.
im not bashing it, i love it. top to bottom it is a masterpiece. but he didn't really give himself much room to **** up because there are only 10 tracks. it was a very smart move.

that's why i struggle with Cormega. he drops such hot material but i find myself skipping tracks so it gets boring. like you coulda left that one out...and that one...and that one...

that happens to me a lot though when i make mixes. i pick too many tracks that i view as being ESSENTIAL to the mix and end up having to make 2 CDs.
