Do un think that training with mma people reileves stress and anger???

If your are getting your assed kicked and subbed? NO! lol! I think that exercise no matter what type (running, swimming, weightlifting or whatever), does help relieve stress.
Anger, well that is up to you and how you can cope with it. Many people in society can deal with and control their anger. If you cant, seek professional help.

doing anything phyiscal can help with anger and stress. Basket-ball, hockey, football ect.
I think training hard at anything helps reduce stress. Because for that time you are concentrating on the task at hand. I don't necessarily thing that carries over into the rest of your life for all people though.
