View Full Version : 1 Choice P4P Who's The Best LeFtHooK24 11-10-2004, 09:30 PM The hell with chosing 5-10 p4p.lets get str8 to the point who's the best out here right now p4p? give me ya thoughts..i have Hopkins if not him Mayweather. neils7147933 11-10-2004, 09:31 PM It's Hopkins. LeFtHooK24 11-10-2004, 09:32 PM Tired of Reading the magazines and they show a record thats impressive on paper but u look at the list they beat a whole bunch of bums. NAB 11-10-2004, 09:32 PM Gotta be hopkins, I spose. neils7147933 11-10-2004, 09:39 PM Tired of Reading the magazines and they show a record thats impressive on paper but u look at the list they beat a whole bunch of bums. Like who???????? (sorry for the extra question marks - apparently 'Like who' is not an acceptable post on these boards...) LeFtHooK24 11-10-2004, 09:41 PM I read on a past post they had Manny Pac as 1 in the list which to me is crazy LeFtHooK24 11-10-2004, 09:43 PM He has 2 maybe 3 credible fights to his name and the marquez fight he got off early but Marquez made it a close fight mic573 11-10-2004, 09:44 PM To me it's Hopkins until Mayweather comes back with a good win against a good opponent. LeFtHooK24 11-10-2004, 09:47 PM Well im hoping Mayweathers next Opp is Tszyu or Gatti. Alot of fighters are ducking him ..even Judah and there friends. MetalVomit 11-10-2004, 09:48 PM Gotta be hopkins, I spose. Bernard is the man LeFtHooK24 11-10-2004, 09:51 PM Bernard is the man I dont disagree to me its Benard and Mayweather i see so far {BrownBomber} 11-10-2004, 10:28 PM I read on a past post they had Manny Pac as 1 in the list which to me is crazy I SECOND THAT. GET A LOAD OF THIS, THERE R SOME PEEPS IN HERE, IM GUESSING PEOPLE THAT DONT KNOW **** ABOUT BOXING VOTING MANNY AS THE BEST 126 PNDR. EVER. LMAO......... IT IS INSANE WHAT SOME PEOPLE DO! SonnyG8R 11-10-2004, 11:10 PM Jones :p :D  phallus 11-10-2004, 11:15 PM X-ecutioner is the man ChrististheAnswer 11-10-2004, 11:23 PM I say Bernard Hopkins at this point in time. tntkid 11-10-2004, 11:41 PM Bernard or maybe Morales Prorock 11-11-2004, 12:48 AM If Morales beat Barrera on November 27th then he will be No1. Now it is Bernard. .::|ULTIMATE|::. 11-11-2004, 12:48 AM Erik Morales. THRILLAinmanila 11-11-2004, 01:05 AM I got B-Hop on my list as #1 Deejay 11-11-2004, 01:06 AM Pacman needs to work on his allround skills more instead of relying on that left hand. But gees, what a left hand!! I thought JMM outboxed him easily in the first fight. If and when he meets Morales, he will be SCHOOLED by 'El Terrible'. NiGe2011 11-11-2004, 07:27 AM Wayne Martel Ivansmamma 11-11-2004, 07:30 AM Muhammad Ali J ! 11-11-2004, 07:42 AM danny williams oops sorry I meant HOPKINS for me Nard is double Hard is Nard  Soundtraveler 11-11-2004, 07:55 AM Christy Martin.... That ought to get a rise out of a few of you! :D chilly9876 11-11-2004, 10:15 AM morales I jus cant have nard at the top,as hes sat on a weak division making defence after defence with no ambition. J ! 11-11-2004, 10:22 AM morales I jus cant have nard at the top,as hes sat on a weak division making defence after defence with no ambition. i prefer didnt unncessarily weight hop to chase the buck so in turn didnt end up prostituting his career and beat allcomers at his natural weight!!!! you shod look at his record, there are some good names on there, tito, oscar, glen johnson, joppy, echols, vanderpool, joe lispey was unbeaten and 25-0, hopkins retired him in 4 for good. How many decent fighters you want? Or what you mean is you would have liked him to give away the nartural advantages to chase th likes of Toney and Jones through the weights? why do that when you are a natural middleweight. LuKahnLi 11-11-2004, 10:23 AM Hops is the man right now. urdaddyinAZ 11-11-2004, 10:25 AM Gotta be Nard....but the big names he has fought over the last 3-4 years are all smaller guys moving up in weight. He was physically much bigger than DLH and Trinidad. Mayweather is close but needs an impressive win over a top notch big punching 140 pounder and he may leap frog Nard. jack_the_rippuh 11-11-2004, 12:05 PM I can't decide between Mayweather and Hopkins. I would give the edge to the fighter I like more, but I like both of 'em.. markosg19 11-11-2004, 12:12 PM hopkins until he grows old in the ring AJ53 11-11-2004, 02:42 PM erik morales just in front of hopkins tys0n 11-11-2004, 04:01 PM with no doubt in my mind hopkins GasPed 11-11-2004, 04:14 PM On the basis of results over the last 5 years, it's definitely Hopkins. On the other hand, if you base it on current form, while Hopkins still looks fine, he hasn't impressed me the way Tszyu, PBF, Morales and even Jeff Lacy have. I say Hopkins on record, but PBF and Tszyu have a legit claim too based on how impressive they've looked. whdempsey 11-11-2004, 05:01 PM He has 2 maybe 3 credible fights to his name and the marquez fight he got off early but Marquez made it a close fight You're wrong. And no one, at least none of the magazines I read (otherwise known as every widely distributed boxing publication in the US) has ranked Manny number 1 pound for pound. whdempsey 11-11-2004, 05:04 PM B-Hop based on his resume, and the fact that there has been no great degradation of skills over the past nine years since he won the title. Memorex 11-11-2004, 09:49 PM b-hop hes beat everyone and is no doubt the best p4p out there 2day Neuraxis 11-11-2004, 09:52 PM It is obviously Hopkins. Supafly25 11-11-2004, 11:25 PM B-Hop 4sho |
