Minotauro wants Olympic games
The MMA ring seems not so big now for Brazilian Pride Champion Rodrigo Nogueira Minotauro. The fighter from Bahia now wants to defend Brazilian Boxing on the ring. During an exclusive to TATAME, the fighter admitted he may have an opportunity to represent Brazilian Boxing at the Olympic Games in Athens in 2004. 'For a while I have been training with Brazilian team... but it everything works out for me I would love to fight for Brazil', reveals Nogueira, who is on the way to Cuba. The Brazilian Boxing team will join some trials there.
Invited by the former Boxing trainer Luis Dória (who also trained Acelino Popó), Nogueira practiced the last week in São Paulo with his Boxing teammates. His performance was so great that Pride's Champion got invited to integrate the team.
