View Full Version : Have you ever made a really good friend, and then lost contact with them? Fallout 01-28-2004, 01:27 AM I have a few friends I would like to look up. My buddy Mark (who is originaly from California, the thousand oaks area) and a girl I knew in highschool named Stephine Butler nance 01-28-2004, 01:38 AM I have and then I have gotten in touch with them or they with me again. One being my daughter's godmother. Best phone call I ever got because the two of them have a really special relationship now. Go for it....you never know what could happen. realkaps 01-28-2004, 07:45 AM Yeah.... handjobs4dollars 01-28-2004, 09:30 AM Yeah but all my friends were little ****ers GeNeRaL 01-28-2004, 09:42 AM There's one person i used to know very well and then her father died of cancer and she went into a slump. I heard she got into alot of drugs and started stripping, till people she knew saw her and gave her **** for it, so she left the area to continue elsewhere... I wish i knew where she was today. :( Purity 01-28-2004, 12:43 PM if i don't keep in contact with people that i knew then there's a reason for that. i've actually spent the last 8 or so years trying to ****can the majority of remaining "friends" Fallout 01-28-2004, 01:29 PM Originally posted by Purity if i don't keep in contact with people that i knew then there's a reason for that. i've actually spent the last 8 or so years trying to ****can the majority of remaining "friends" Yeah, but he lives with you Exotica 01-28-2004, 01:33 PM the majority of friends you make through out your life aren't going to be around forever. theres usually a pretty good reason for that. the ones that are your GOOD friends w/always keep in contact w/you. the few that u would just like to hear from for the hell of it usually aren't worth the effort because chances are you will just lose contact again. Purity 01-28-2004, 01:47 PM Originally posted by Allan the Magic Goose Yeah, but he lives with you i wasn't talking about adam handjobs4dollars 01-28-2004, 01:53 PM Friends are over rated. Fallout 01-28-2004, 02:59 PM Originally posted by Purity i wasn't talking about adam Sorry, my mistake But you live with him seldomTap 01-28-2004, 03:47 PM I use to live with a mate of mine for about 12 months, 6 months of that was with his sister also. We pretty much looked out for each other a lot and pretty much every fight I have had since I turned 18 was cause of him (he was Asian living in a country town, doesn't always go down real well). I moved a few years ago, we spoke every week for a couple of years, then I don't know what happened, but he has disappeared...strange...I hope he never found out about me boning his sister Zen 01-29-2004, 12:56 AM If you have one really good friend(spouse not included) I think you're lucky. I have one great, great friend, we are nothing alike, but when we talk, it's like we just talked yesterday, when we may have not talked for months or even a year. That's good enough for me. |
