Roach had a good student in Arlovski, it seems. I was impressed with his ability to use his reach advantage so wisely. If he'd only stayed on the Game Plan, that knee would never have been offered.

Arlovski was winning that first round, he was bossing the fight, he was looking good, pushes fedor into the corner with a kick, then for some stupid reason trys to hit him with a flying knee with his hands down and BANG goodnight, what a mug.

He will be pissed of with himself today thats for sure.
