For Sport BJJ, Judo takedowns and defences, and BJJ Submission wrestling, Freestyle wrestling, defences, submissions, reversals and body position. MMA: Now this is a whole different animal since you can punch and sometimes kick from the bottom. Train all of the above including strikes from the top and bottom and defence of it. The set ups for submission are different since strikes open other posibilities and you can finish the fight via strikes and never do a sub. realkaps 01-27-2004, 08:34 PM I wrestled freestyle for about 5 years and wrestled 3 years in HS.
