This is one of my artist's work, he did this trial piece for me in about 25 minutes - what do you think of the style?

The left image is the original (cropped), the image on the right is a very very rough alteration I did (I generally used the smudge tool to decrease the ears, made the jaw line wider, reduced the image height and did a couple of other changes) to show him some corrections he needs to make.

This the sort of back-and-forth momentem that we will have to "see-saw" the image until its perfect in my eyes - I'm getting him to do a trial piece of Silva next, just so I can see he can cope with doing someone he's never seen before.

It's too rough for my liking, I have a preference for the cleaner stuff. Some of the other pieces you posted in your other topic were more to my tastes.

Lightweight, thats the beauty of the one controlling the artists - I have so many to choose from that I can deliver many different styles.
