I just re-read my topic from yesterday for the first time since I posted it, and saw that everyone was talking about Pirates. That **** made me laugh. I'm gonna let y'all carry on with that one.

I just got a ****load of networking and internet-knowledge books for my trek into new job territory this next week. Gotta kinda brush up on the skills that got me this job in the first place, right? hahahaha :lol1: :lol1:

pirates kick ass

I wish I was a pirate. I would love pillaging villages, raping the horses and letting the women run free.

You know the Vikings woulda ****ED them up in hand to hand melee, though. I don't give a **** how many hook-hands or planks those bandana-wearing fairies bring, the vikes had those big ol ****in war hammer things and the ****ey helmets. Even on the sea, the vikings had way cooler lookin ships.

I just realized I was supposed to sign up wth cute little librarian volunteer teenage chicky before using this computer, and I didn't. I walked right up to this **** and just used it. It even has a sign up on top of the monitor that says "Please sign up with library staff to use this PC". BWAHAHAHA.

I should walk up to her and play it all cool. If I didn't have the best girlfriend in the world, I'd get a phone number out of it. I = pimp.

1st off, how do you support a hand-to-hand combat case by bringing up helmets, planks, hammers, and hooks??
2nd, since neither pirates nor vikings prefer hand-to-hand, your case=obsolete. it's stupid. it's like saying, "oh yeah!! well what if space aliens visited the pirates and gave them atomizing laser guns???"
3rd, pirate ships own the living ****in pisspile outta some goddam viking ferry. they have multi flags that are torn to look all cool, yet can STILL sail faster. they also have cannons, living quarters, planks, and cool looking steering wheels.

One time when I was younger when I didn't ahve the internet @ home I tried to look at **** on the computer at my local library.

The Viking Berzerkers would own pirates. They charged into the fray without fear of death wearing the skin of bears they slayed with woodened weapons (unlike that coward Nugent who hunts with high powered weapons from a nice and safe distance). for the berzerker (which actually translates to "bear shirts") would go to battle expecting to die and so they would tie thier veins off so when they were cut in battle they could halt the bleeding and still kick ass.

The Normans in particular conquered in Northern France and founding Normandy and held strong for thousands of years until thier ancestors got soft and became the cheese eating surrender monkeys of today. They also conquered in Dublin, North Germany, all of scandanavia, Newfoundland and many provinces in north Europe.

Pirates only managed to settle in a few islands in the Carribean. They used reputation and scare tactics to win.

Since the Vikings rarely feared it would be safe to say that the grog drinking Pirate with the cutlas would fall victim to the honey distilled poison drinking Viking madmen.

Bizarre, the Visigoths come from east (Poland, Slavia....) and from Germany but not from Denmark or Norway like the vikings or normands. I know visigoths created the realm of Spain but I have to say my roots are more moors than visigothics.

But the Bavarians of Germany were supposed to have been hailed from viking blood and could have then became present day Visigothics.

I have more Barbarian/Saxon blood then Moorish blood but I cant deny that the Moor blood is there and I carry some of its genes. Thus can be said about your Visigothan blood...
