In our gym we have a young prospect (17) who came to Austria via France (originally he`s from Algeria), very nice honest guy, who trained in france and
is now participating in his first amateur fight in austria and wants to turn pro later this year. However I`m the only one of the trainers/staff who speaks a french a little, and since his german isn`t very good at this stage I want to give him the instructions in French to not stress him any further during the bout. I would be really glad If some french guys or persons who speak french could translate me the following terms. Would be really nice of you! Thanks in advance.
