cuz its true. if all these rappers were running around killing people with guns, they wouldn't be rapping. alot of times its just talk and entertainment.

X is so real its scary....I wish I could meet him and chill with him in real life.

hes lookin old with the receding hairline...i gotta co-sign truth, he looks the most calm hes looked in a real long time. I watched a 2 part video the other day where he was actin crazy...doing pushups again and all that (no pap) :laugh:

After seeing that interview I really like DMX. Not that I didn't like him, but I just think that deep down inside hes a good person.

I'm definitley coppin X's next album.

Hes had people tell him that he saved their life with his music and hes led alotta people to Jesus. What hes done with his music is incredible...and 28 million records sold is quite an accomplishment, thats gotta put him in the top 5 i would think (top 5 most records sold, not top 5 all time greatest rappers)

I like how he gives people both good and bad too. Thats why I like him...hes versitale and talks from different perspectives.

At 12 min I was laughing out loud when the interviewer busted X for talking about killing even though he denied it at first! it's unfortunate that he isn't able to admit to the camera the actions that landed him where he is. he claims that everyone knows why he is there. regardless of whether or not that is the case it seems as though he won't admit it to the camera because he hasn't fully faced it himself. this interview is DMX being beyond real but in his reality he is largely lacking in humility. he cannot become this better person that he convinces himself he has turned into unless he is humble. he needs to be honest with himself and the public. it is painful but most necessary.
he needs a lot of help once he gets out.

For me, listening to his prayers in his albums and his songs like ''look thru my eyes'' ''slippin'' ''thank you'' and ''goodbye'' I've always known the man was deep. I hope he becomes a pastor, because that's the only logical thing to do for X, and the only way he will find himself by dedicating himself completely to what he believes in instead of the crack and the streets. As he said himself: ''There's no such thing as an old drug-addict''

The best way I can compare X is to Foreman who was a beast, angry and confused in his young days, but found himself through his passion.

I like when they asked L.L. about what he thought on the lawyers using lines from C murder's songs in his murder trial and he said, that's like if Robert Deniro was on trial for a crime and one of the lawyers recited a line from Good Fellas.

what a great movie

X has done great things for alotta people, including myself. Hes always been a rapper I like but as I listened to him more he became my favorite over the past couple of years. I took all his religious songs and put them onto one cd. Its been a great mix for me, I have to say DMX is a big part of why Im a Christian. His passion and emotion on his Gospel songs cant be matched by any other Christian rapper I have heard, hes got the perfect voice thats very powerful and when he speaks and when he raps it reaches my soul. I can honestly say I love DMX (no homo), hes a great person with some problems like the rest of us, i Know his are worse but I do believe one day he will rise through his problems and lead many more people to Jesus then he already has. Its possible that God maybe wanted to make an example out of DMX. The way hes suffered through addiction and mental pain, if he was to one day get through all that some would say its a miracle. That miracle is named Jesus Christ. X is that dude....The only rapper I can say I love (no homo), hes helped me out alot in life and Im gonna continue to pray for him.
