Anyone have any experience in circuit training.... next week iam starting my training camp for the new year and im gonna try and do circuit weight lifting with it.

if anyone knows anything about it let me know if its worth it

yeah I got back to training after a litte holiday break and I'm doing circuit training.... It definetly helps with cardio
