DJ QUIK 01-07-2009, 02:11 AM man look in the last week in a half i done gained 6 ****in pounds man!!! all on vacation. i didnt hit the gym none i was outta town and eating macoroni every ****ing day. i need a diet thatll get me down the quickest. i totally forgot the **** im supposed to be eating for nutrition and i went to the gym today and even forgot my combos. i was burnt.im gonna run but my legs are sore from walking and squats today. but please some one give me a regimine for the next 5-6 days for maximum weight loss. and tell me the **** im not supposed to **** wit. i know no processed foods. i even went and brought raw sugar today and raw sea salt a couple days ago. but are eggs good for the drop and portien shakes? please tell me i look and feel like ****. i had 50 pounds left to drop now its 56!!! im ****ed please help

mr tricky 01-07-2009, 02:25 AM the fastest way in 1 week wud be to eat nothing at all and just drink water? but that would be stupid.
try to eat a lot less food, and only eat a tiny portions when your hungry, run and do anyting you can to burn calories,
if your making weight for a certain date then its a diffrent story as you would look to temorarliy lose water weight, which can drop the pounds easily within 1 day

listen im low so will one a day mixed with soymilk help? if i eat veggie and lean meat and **** and instead of eating drink protien will that work? basically if i supplement more meal with protien shakes will that work?

tell me some thing i should be eating. can i eat any fruits and veggies i want as long as theyre raw?
JayCoe 01-07-2009, 03:34 AM I doubt you gained 6 actual lbs of weight in 1 week, that's not really physically possible. A really tough weight gain program will lead you to gain between 2-3 lbs in a week. Your 6 lbs prob' consists of like 1-2lb weight gain. 1-2lbs is prob' down to weight fluctuation the rest could be down to difference in clothing, time of day (evenings you are heavier by a few lbs), water retention. All sorts. Either way, I don't believe you gained 6 actual lbs, your scales may say the weight on the scales is 6lbs heavier, but you yourself have not gained 6lbs of muscle/fat.

Ditch the raw sugar, you don't need any sugar added to you diet. Or the salt for that matter. A whole egg contains about 50/50 fat protein ratio, so egg whites are better. Don't cut out fat and carbs all together either though,you could have 2 eggs whites with one whole egg for example. The post about just protien powder and water is bad advice. You just need to cut your overall calorie intake but still consume enough fat, carbs and protein

not to gross u out but i think alot of it was **** inside of me. i take atlest 3-4 dumps a day and while out of town i only took two. the day i went to the gym i was bloated as hell and had to take a dump there and it was one of those backed up up feeling where i know i didnt get it all out if you know what i mean. today i think the majority of it came out. i took like seven dumps throughout the day meaning i was backed up as hell. what i did was eat some dates before i went to sleep and that **** had me rumbling i cleaned alot of myself out and i think that me eating pizza on three consecutive days really ****ed me up and all that mac and cheese. im done now i must get back on the grind. i wanna get on the scale now since i feel cleaner now but ill wait a week and workout some more.

instead of eating sugar can i eat dates and sweet potatoes to kill my urge? also ive been eating alot of sugar because i hadnt been buying any 100% juice anymore to quench my sweet urge.but let me know if fruit and sweet potatos in moderation are cool?

Yeh of course fruit is great, dont drink too much juice stick to just eating fruit.
southpaw_07 01-07-2009, 10:59 PM and i think that me eating pizza on three consecutive days really ****ed me up and all that mac and cheesethat stuff can actually make you gain a cpl of lbs really fast, so 6 lbs may not be impossible..drink a lota water/fluid to fill up the stomach, it will clean your body as well

Sugar is one of the worst things for eating . I'll tell you a we story . One time I was training for the marines and tried but didn't know how to hit my lower abs and went on a diet . Well a so called diet .I was eating next to fu-- all .I was on a protein bar and protein shake only most days and wasn't drinking anywhere near enough water .I ended up getting heavy stomach cramps when i done a sit up .f**k that taking body shots .I managed to make 140 but nearly killed my f-----g self doing it.My body stopped functioning .I ended up getting excepted into the marines but didn't feel very energetic at all , up for the job . I ended up binging on sweets nearly every night for 7 weeks and i was training every day but by the time i left because of the sugar i was up to 12 stone .Total 28 pounds heavier . I've read it is only good for a pre workout .

Aye mate sugar is only good for a pre-workout because it's supposed to be hardest to burn off and otherwise will just store as fat and be the death of your 6 pack . Stay well clear of sweets and sugar .I've read in a bodybuilding book that it can be good for a secret weapon for a pre-workout .I've read honey is a good pre-workout as well but i would avoid it for cutting weight
