nothing with carbs i sounds too good to be true but it worked but i also had no energy. ussually i feel like going to the gym but i had to force my slef to get up and do it but i got on the scale to day after 36 hours of this diet and im at 140 now i tried 3 differnt scales and they all said the same thing.
I highly doubt that weight will stay off. Maybe if you really needed to shed weight for a fight or something, but it's not like you lost 10 pounds of fat. Also, did you weigh yourself at the same time both days?

I lost 10lbs in 2 hours once. I was in 12th grade wrestling and I had to lose it before 3 hours to weigh in. I had 4 pairs of sweats on and I was running all over the place.

Almost all of that will be water weight. You will put it back on when you start eating carbs again.

yeah i now its all water but i found it was pretty easy to lose that weight. i did it because a red all these things about atkins and crap even though i know those diets are not really good for boxers but if i have a weigh in a a couple of day i could do that instead of going to the Ymca and shadowboxing in a sauna 2 hours before the weigh in
