That's kind of a secondary plan of mine to help quit smoking. Getting to the gym on an everyday basis will help with my original goal as well as getting my slack ass back into shape.

Well, sort of.

It was to look better and to seize the day.

I've just been eating bad.

But tonight I start my bellydancing class.

On another subject, Last night, I made a steak in my George Foreman grill, and it was really good.

Why would you laugh at that?

It means that I'm not putting time limits and expectations on myself any longer..I'll plan things as I go along, and enjoy myself.

well i laughed at it mainly cause i always thought it was a silly expression. but also because you, of all people, don't need to seize. hell, allison ****in seizes every HOUR, let alone day! that's meant for people who aren't motivated, don't do **** with themselves, and waste their lives away. you're ALWAYS going out and doing something. not that that's a bad thing either. but i would think you'd wanna give the day some slack instead :)

Carpe Diem :)

I've stuck to my guns so far and have my doctors appt. tonight to talk about making a diet/workout plan. Everyone has their own theories on what works and what doesnt, maybe i can get some facts this way :)

I'm not sticking to mine. I've not even begun to think about it yet.

Mine is to eat healthier and tone up. I plan on going to the new gym at the university every other day after classes. It'll be good for me to get out and stop being so lazy after this long break.
And since I have classes Monday through Friday, everyday, I'll be up and moving early every morning. I'm kinda looking forward to it. :)

i've been doin good with mine. i got lots of goals this year, so to get there, i have to change some habits. my goal is to fight atleast 3 times this year and compete in atleast 4 bjj/ grappling tournaments, starting with Westside Submission Tournament in Murriertta, CA at the end of this month, then following will be Grappler's Quest in Las Vegas, NV at the end of March '04. my plan is to train like a mad man and eat ALOT better and to cut back on the "mad weed". so far so good. i'm still sober and the food i am eating is ****ing disgusting, yet healthy. and as for training..... well thats never been a problem considering i live about 2 blocks from the gym.

all in all, who knows what this year will bring.... my main goal is to train my ass off and eat healthy. everything else is secondary.

Mine was to smoke more weed, and I've been doing pretty bad so far. Haven't been able to get a sack in a couple of days, so I'm falling well behind on my goal of smoking a pound of KB on my own this year. Time to pick up the pace, when I get my vaporizer that may help the cause, and a better dealer.

My resolution is the same every year. To smoke as much weed as possible, to get laid as much as possible, and to listen to as much loud music as possible. I'm doing Ok so far.

Sex and drugs and rock and roll, is all my brain and body need.

That was mine too Kaps. It's really easy. And not drink anymore kool-aid. Too much sugar in that ****. Just milk and water now. Would be better if water didn't suck so much.
