Purity, just wondering what your average day at work is like. I've been on the job about two weeks and like it so far. Does your company give you leads? How many a week on average? Do you do alot of coldcalling? Do you have alot of relationships with realtors, builders, attorneys etc.? Just trying to get an idea of how my job compares, to that of someone that's been doing it awhile. Thanks Bro.

i work at a pretty large firm so it's totally different from a smaller place....a lot less personal when it comes to dealing with clients- and i kinda miss that.
right now this company is so big that we have more leads then we know what to do with. i take about 10 per day so i don't need the realtors or attorneys. at my old place i spent forever building relationships with them. i had 3 realtors that fed me about 5 deals a month. when i was a realtor i pretty much capped all the bankruptcy attorneys who would refer me clients that just got done filing a ch. 7 and couldn't afford their home.
i don't need to coldcall either but i have definetely put in my time. that's when i was a realtor. i coldcalled every single BK attorney in all 4 counties. and i cold called tons of loan officers to feed me their "bone piles"- loans turned down. turned down loans=homeowners that may need to sell. doing that i cold-called about 200 offices per day. then after 5pm, i would make another 150 outbound calls to homeowners on the mortgage default lists. you gotta put in your time bro.
