You will find no answers on this website from any credible people if all you want to do is beat up people on your block.

I hope they beat your ass.

no we're not beating each other up we're training with each other and we box with each other, i think you guys mistook what i said, no we are training and are goal oriented into getting into ametuer fights but before that i need to know if other boxers are taking anything to give them advantages

this is all sport we are just here to help each other out this isn't like a fight club thing this is all recreational

You yourself said that there will be differing opinions on the use of supplements to aid training. So, what exactly are you looking for in this thread? Some people will tell you they're great, others will tell you to train naturally. Personally, I don't like the idea of supplements, and have never used them, and I have achieved the results that I have been looking for from training hard and eating well.

Do I think you can get great results naturally? Yes.

Do I think you can get great results using supplements? Yes.

It's all a matter of personal choice. To be perfectly honest, you will probably see better results, and faster ones, from using supplements. I just don't like them.

In the end though, I think you should be more focused on starting up the actual training, than thinking about what supplements you can use before you even start.

Good luck nonetheless.

seeing as no one who replied answered your question i will answer it....

supplements for boxers:
protein 100% whey protein isolate make sure it is isolate preferably isopure protein from natures best they have the the most BCAA's

the best product for endurance is creatine monohydrate, celltech hardcore is a good source for this but you may gain up to 7 pounds with cell tech, or you could get gaspari nutrition in powder form which is also good

Then you should obviously get multi-vitamin pills i would recommend mega man by gnc they have time release capsules which work best

personally i use pre workout energy for lifting not for boxing, i use N.O. black powder

go in the gym and train your ass off. a multi vitamin might not be a bad idea but nothing else is really needed. just eat healthy food.
