in the competition are suppliments allowed or is this all natural?

Are you guys measuring physical ability too? Example, you start off doing 20 push ups and end the contest being able to do 60....guess it would be hard to prove though.

In the internet...I can do 70 push ups in one minute.

That's ok for a beginner.

It's Gman's contest but I'm guessing it's just posting before and after pics and seeing who's looks like they've changed (for the better) the most.

I am in but there will not be a big difference I will get shredded, but I will probably not have a chance at winning

i put some pics up in the rotties section about a week ago when i was testing out my new digi.
